A highly efficient delta robot cell equipped with advanced vision technology. The camera automatically detects and locates each praline, after which the robot places them with precision into the correct blisters. This ensures maximum flexibility and production speed.
Case: Flexible robot cell for bulk-to-bag
The challenge
Creating a highly flexible automation solution capable of handling a wide variety of products (in this case more than 100 different items) from bulk and accurately placing them into bags or packaging.
Our solution
The core of this flexibility is an integrated vision system. This system detects randomly positioned products in the bulk flow and sends precise coordinates directly to the SCARA robot.
